We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join the Brand team at Ennismore. This critical role within our growing company will lead and oversee digital marketing initiatives across five brands – Hyde, Mondrian, SLS, Delano, and Our Habitas.Based in London and reporting to our Heads of Digital Marketing, we are looking for someone with a proven track record in customer acquisition and retention strategies, who is performance-driven, and who can lead the Digital Marketing team in optimizing UX, traffic, content, reporting, mailer creation, and paid media.This is an in-house role, providing valuable insight into the world of hospitality and lifestyle brands as you collaborate with teams across graphics, operations, and revenue.Job Description

Lead the planning and execution of local and global acquisition campaigns as we expand globally.Oversee our performance agency in managing day-to-day paid activities (PPC / Paid Social), ensuring pacing aligns with commercial targets.Drive continuous optimisation of our websites based on SEO audits, competitor analysis and agency recommendations.Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and engagement, working alongside the CRM Manager in database and automation maintenance.Manage and optimise our websites and online booking platforms to ensure a seamless user experience and maximise conversion rates.Identify and implement opportunities for improvement, driving cross channel optimizations and efficiencies.Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders on paid media and mailer creatives and copy.Ensure best practices are implemented across digital channels (website, paid media, mailers) in collaboration with wider digital and brand teams.Conduct weekly and monthly digital performance analysis and reporting to maintain alignment with goals.Monitor competitor activity online, especially across paid and email, providing regular reports to the brand team.Qualifications

What we’re looking for…5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in a managerial capacity.Advanced knowledge and experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, Paid Media tools such as Google and Meta Ads, and CRM tools.Expertise in core digital marketing principles including SEO, content marketing, link building, CRM, PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and display advertising.Exceptional command of the English language and grammar; additional language skills are a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage projects independently, and work collaboratively as needed.High degree of self-motivation, tenacity, and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and flexible approach.Performance orientated.
