The Hotel Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the hotel's online visibility, attract and engage potential guests, and drive bookings. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the digital landscape, a knack for creative content, and the analytical skills to measure and optimize performance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and display advertising.Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals and brand guidelines.Manage Social Media Platforms:Oversee the hotel's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Develop and curate engaging content to build a strong online community and foster guest interaction.Optimize Online Presence:Ensure the hotel’s website is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user experience.Implement and manage PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.Analyze Performance Metrics:Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data-driven decisions.Content Creation and Management:Develop high-quality, relevant, and engaging content for the hotel's blog, social media, and other digital platforms.Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce compelling visual content.Required Skills:Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Creativity and innovation in developing digital marketing campaigns.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel digital marketing, preferably with Multi -Brands within the hospitality industry.Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business results.Why Join Us?Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing outstanding hospitality experiences.Opportunity to work in a creative and innovative environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Continuous professional development and growth opportunities.Application Process:
