Total Compensation $60K - $85K

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Sales and Operations Manager to join our studio team in East Phoenix/Camelback. This role requires a dynamic leader who is an expert in sales and operations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to driving membership growth and studio success.
Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales and operations leadership role, preferably in beauty, wellness, or a related field.
- Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in executing sales strategies and achieving membership growth.
- Passion for skincare and enhancing customer experiences.
- Sales-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all operational aspects of the East Phoenix/Camelback studio.
- Drive membership growth and sales by implementing effective strategies.
- Train, mentor, and hold the studio team accountable for achieving sales and membership goals.
- Ensure a high-energy and performance-driven culture within the studio.
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations to maintain high standards of efficiency and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with skincare professionals to deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Analyze sales and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Execute local marketing and outreach strategies to build brand presence.
- Create a welcoming and inspiring environment for all studio members.
