We make it possible for businesses to meet the ever rising expectations of their customers, and we make the world smaller and more accessible to consumers everywhere.Auctane is a team of shipping and software experts with a passion for helping merchants move their ideas, dreams and innovations around the globe.About the roleReporting direct to the Chief Information Security Officer, the Information Security Awareness & Communications Manager is responsible for:Creating the Information Security and Risk Management awareness, communications, and training strategies including:Corporate Infosec and Data Protection awareness for all Employees (using Industry standard online platform)Secure Code Training, Tournaments, and assessment for all Auctane Engineers (using Industry standard online platform) – to embed a DevSecOps CultureBeing accountable for establishing an annual information security education and awareness planCreating and implementing regular phishing campaigns based on internal analysis of email trending.Develop and execute communication strategies focused on security initiatives, via all available tactics/channels (with easy to understand messaging).Responsible for measuring and reporting on the performance of the education and awareness programme and recommending areas for improvement and topics for focus.Keeping abreast of emerging and key information security risks within Auctane, recommending and delivering targeted awareness messages to support management of these risks.What we are looking for?As a trusted technical authority, you’ll be the go-to person for all Training, Awareness and Communication requirements within Information Security, Cyber Security, Data Protection, and Risk Mitigation who can demonstrate and apply the following:Experience in creating, developing, and managing targeted technical awareness campaigns/programsExperience in running Phishing Campaigns company-wide and department specific.Experience in using Secure Code Training platforms.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written with an ability to articulate complex security risks and concepts to a range of business people.Experience of developing innovative and engaging communications materials.Well-developed interpersonal skills, articulate, and able to influence othersExcellent time and project management skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration and building positive relationships with company/departmental stakeholdersAdvanced experience in data visualization tools and LMSWhat will make you stand out?4 year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience5+ years of cross-functional program management and corporate training experience in similar industryExperience with human capital management, business acumen (creating objectives that align w/company’s goals), projects and leading cross-functional project teamsExperience within tech industry is highly desirableHands-on Information Security Awareness and/or security compliance experience with Information Security standards, technology, and monitoringFamiliarity with the following: ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and GDPRHighly organized, meticulous attention to detailWhat do we offer?Discount on your personal shipment orders via stamps.com and GlobalPost.Charitable donation matching!Volunteer day.Referral Fee.Great work-life balance.An inclusive and upbeat work environment.A cross-cultural atmosphere.Company events.Internal and external training.We are a hybrid company.We offer 10 paid days off for U.S. holidays throughout the year!Health and Wellness.401k employer matching program.Education reimbursement.Pet insurance discounts.Free Telehealth services.Monthly discount at Massage Envy.Annual merit reviews.Wellness programs.Additional Position Duties:Sit for prolonged periods of timeUtilize wrist and hands for a prolonged period of timeStand for short periodsSpeaking and conversing with othersLift up to 25lbs without assistance up to chest heightEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
