The
Marketing Operations Specialist
will work closely with the Senior Marketing Automation Manager to manage and maintain the marketing tech stack.This position is vital to the continual function of marketing programs and will configure, test, maintain, and deploy marketing campaigns across SMS, Email, Push, and the New Western websites.Working with internal subject matter experts, the Marketing Operations Specialist will help to drive more business by facilitating marketing communications to the right audience.Although we are headquartered in Dallas, Texas, this is a fully remote role that can be located anywhere in the U.S.As the Marketing Operations Specialist, You Will:
Set up and monitor marketing automations.Work with web and automation development teams to ensure on-time release.Create basic reporting for analysis of campaigns and monitor conversion metrics.Review and analyze data to identify trends and offer data-driven insights.Evaluate and optimize lifecycle automation programs to increase conversions.Work with the website dev team to connect forms and set up landing pages.Pitch updates and improvements to the current customer lifecycle.Provide marketing tech stack expertise and support to marketing team members.Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure company goals are met.We're Looking For A Teammate That Has:
Strong technical skills with a desire to learn and master new technologies.Analytical mindset driven by data metrics.Experience with the development and implementation of email campaigns.Ability to work in WordPress and publish landing pages, blogs, etc.Use Google Analytics and other analytics platforms to provide reporting and insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Understanding of consumer psychology and behavior and the flexibility to adapt to changes.Strong project management and organizational habits to promote success in remote positions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.Experience with investment real estate and/or mortgage preferred but not required.We Offer The Following Benefits and Perks:
