The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, optimizing processes, implementing systems, and analyzing data to maximize revenue generation and efficiency within the marketing department. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of marketing technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.What you'll doDevelop and implement comprehensive revenue operations strategies to support the marketing team's goals and objectives.Optimize marketing processes and workflows to drive efficiency and scalability, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention.Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track marketing performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency in revenue generation efforts.Manage marketing technology stack, including marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools, and other related software.Lead the implementation and integration of new marketing technologies and systems to improve automation, personalization, and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Analyze marketing data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth, such as audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign optimization.Develop and implement processes for lead management, lead scoring, and attribution modeling to optimize marketing ROI.Own and manage all Google Ads and meta ads strategies, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and

campaign optimization.Manage paid advertising spend budgets across various channels, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on investment.Oversee pay-per-click (PPC) advertising oversight, management, and optimization, including campaign setup, monitoring, and performance analysis.Oversee lead generation strategies and initiatives, including inbound and outbound tactics such as content marketing, email campaigns, social media, events, and partnerships.Manage SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to the website.Manage website content, updates, and optimization to enhance user experience and conversion rates.Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to marketing leadership based on data analysis and market trends.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related field, preferably in a B2B or technology company.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Deep understanding of marketing technologies and systems, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or Tableau.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through process optimization and technology implementation.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in marketing operations.
