Regional Produce r in our Western Pennsylvania territory. In this role we are looking for an organized and driven individual that has a “don’t take no for answer” mentality.This business unit specializes in providing Property and Casualty insurance, and F&I products, to the automotive industry. We have a dedicated sales force who meet regularly and directly with our customers.Our Regional Producers:Identify and cultivate new commercial business prospects to provide Property and Casualty insurance to large retail automobile dealers and support the marketing of F&I products in assigned territoryDevelop and maintain relationships with new and existing customersManage an existing territory driving growth and profitabilityMakes sales presentations to clients in person or utilizing Microsoft Teams environmentWork closely with other field team members to maintain and enhance customer relationships and provide seamless program / product implementation.Work in an entrepreneurial atmosphere with six figure income opportunityBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1 or more years of experience in the Sales areaORZurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in the Sales areaANDKnowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminologyKnowledge of requirements within insurance industry regulatory environmentKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeThe ability to be licensed to sell insurance in the states where requiredPreferred Qualifications:2 or more years of Business to Business sales experienceKnowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminologyKnowledge of requirements within insurance industry regulatory environmentIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Licensed to sell insurance in the states where requiredExperience analyzing financial statementsA future with Zurich.
