Generating more than $1.7 billion in sales annually, IGT Indiana is responsible for marketing, product development, sales, corporate social responsibility, technology, and operations functions for and on behalf of the Hoosier Lottery.OverviewIGT Indiana is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help coordinate digital support as part of a broader effort to enhance player engagement and promotions across our digital platforms. The Specialist, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, will be integral in promotional and campaign support efforts, including managing the player engagement experience and various digital marketing projects.The role requires developing an understanding of the organizational brand strategy, digital role in achieving overall marketing goals, and brand personality and tone. To support our digital marketing team, the Specialist will help develop and manage the execution of myLOTTERY promotions, social media giveaways, digital coupons, and assist with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy, all to drive player loyalty.The ideal candidate has experience working with CRM technologies. The position requires a self-starter with strong communication skills who works well in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate will be expected to show expertise and experience across digital platforms and evaluate the success of digital campaigns. This person will stay abreast of emerging digital trends, exhibit creativity and innovative ideas, display skilled written communication and creative writing, work well on teams, collaborate on campaigns with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, and be a proactive individual with strong planning and organizational skills. The candidate will ensure adherence to the Marketing Code of Conduct and Responsible Gaming standards and help deliver IGT Indiana revenue commitments.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with our advertising and digital agencies to support consistent campaign content by routing campaign assets to internal stakeholders and providing finalized feedback to agencies.Coordinate the development and delivery of assets for use on digital and social channels.Help develop copy and review digital content across all channels. Draft, prepare, publish, and track weekly winner awareness to ensure seamless execution of winner content amongst marketing channels.Manage player inquiries, identifying, escalating, and monitoring technical issues affecting members, assisting myLOTTERY members with account issues, and maintaining the database of myLOTTERY members.Develop and coordinate the execution of digital coupons through CRM for myLOTTERY and brand campaigns across digital channels.Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist and Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to implement and manage promotions/sweepstakes to drive greater relevance and engagement with our players and help grow social communities.Manage and execute promotional drawings, including prize distribution and tracking results. This will include winner outreach, follow-up, and delivery of prizes.Assist the Public Relations team by interviewing large prize winners and writing impactful and engaging content based on winners’ stories. Once the final draft is approved, work with the digital team to upload these stories to the website and social media to promote.Work cross-functionally with multiple Hoosier Lottery stakeholders.Comfortable in a hybrid work environment with a minimum 50% required in the office at our downtown Indianapolis location.QualificationsB.A. or B.S. degree, or equivalent, with a concentration in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing; digital experience preferred with Business-to-Consumer marketing experience within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills, including the ability to communicate courteously and work effectively with the public, particularly adults of all ages, abilities, and cultural backgrounds.Exceptional project management and task orientation, ability to multitask effectively.Ability to interact and collaborate with colleagues from all levels of the organization.Strong strategic planning, analytic, and research skills to identify needs, opportunities, and solutions.Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Understanding of CMS (content management system) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms, with a preference for Braze experience.Ability to function independently, including prioritizing and organizing work.Ability to analyze problems and make appropriate decisions.Keys to Success• Foster innovation
