Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage team members and projects, track deliverables, ensure projects stay on time, and handle day-to-day sales and marketing details. You will also conduct 1:1s with team members to support their professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Assist in managing the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and regular feedback.

Project Management:

Oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Deliverable Tracking:

Track the progress of marketing projects and ensure all deliverables are completed to a high standard.

Daily Operations:

Handle the day-to-day details of sales and marketing operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

1:1 Meetings:

Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members to discuss performance, provide mentorship, ensure deliverables are congruent with company brand and messaging, and support professional development.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media campaigns.

Qualifications:

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.

Project Management:

Proficiency in project management software, ideally Salesforce.

Sales & Marketing Skills:

Proven experience with email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, strong communication, and SEO background.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Additional experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.

Compensation:

Salary:

$70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
