JOB OVERVIEWThe Senior Director, Brand Marketing is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the brand strategy and initiatives. This individual will oversee and drive the brand vision ensuring it is consistently applied across all marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. This is inclusive of strategic brand storytelling, developing and cultivating programs and relations with key influencers to elevate the brand.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the marketing strategy and activation for all campaigns / initiativesDevelop and execute compelling, on-brand marketing campaigns and plansDevelop and execute marketing campaigns and creative activation strategiesOversee the campaign activation direction for marketing channel owners and key stakeholdersEvolve marketing programs and brand experience across platforms and consumer touchpointsOversee the campaign planning process and ensure all phases deliver marketing activation plans per objectivesOversee the Women’s Marketing Team develop innovative marketing strategies to support growthManage all PR / Media initiativesDevelop and present annual marketing planDevelop and present new and innovative ideas to appeal to current customer base and new demographic channelsCollaborate with marketing leadership to ensure brand vision and campaign plans align with existing and new customer targets and remain at the forefront of the apparel industryCollaborate with marketing channel owners and key stakeholders to ensure all marketing campaigns are concepted and activated in line with brand, product, and marketing objectivesIdentify, establish, develop, and optimize evolving success metricsLeverage data, market insights, marketing tools and the spectrum of marketing channels to develop and execute impactful strategic recommendationsOversee the development and management of monthly / annual budgetMaintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing methodologies, best practices, and processesManage external agency relationships (i.e., Earned Media (PR), Paid Media (OMD/Callaway) and Creative (TKG))Manage, coach, and develop the brand marketing teamTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Proficient in marketing software (i.e., Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)Highly proficient in design copy and general marketing guidelinesHighly proficient in brand development and multichannel marketing conceptsProficient in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand developmentAbility to analyze market trends, anticipate opportunities and develop strategic insightsAbility to drive, influence and collaborate across numerous functional areasAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to manage and mentor a teamStrong communication and decision-making abilitiesStrong creative thinking and leadershipStrong organization and planning skillsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fieldMinimum 10 years’ experience in a brand or creative management capacityMinimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership capacityExperience in retail and wholesale marketingSalary: $189,000 - $235,000 a year
