The JRB Team is looking for a Graphic Web Designer with a proven track-record and skill for generating prospective business leads and an interest in a new opportunity in business consulting.
Job Description:Must have a strong digital and social understandingApply brand guidelines across multiple platforms – web, email, social, etc.Manage and categorize assets within client’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) SystemCommunicate brand standards with internal and external production partnersCoordinate in-house and customer photo-shoots being on-site to provide real-time directionProvide input and constructive criticism for look and feel of websites and marketing projectsManage post-production for assets on web and socialAbility to communicate strategies and pitch ideas with key stakeholdersAssist in the planning and creative process of new content developmentTake on complex creative issues and find ways to roll out solutions from concept to execution across multiple platformsWork efficiently under fast-paced deadlines, able to multi-task, able to communicate for minimal rounds of revisionsConsult with the Sales, Marketing and Technology DepartmentsRequirements:3 years of Graphic Design, consumer product goods or digital marketing experienceExperience with photography and participating in photo-shoots and video productionPost-production skills including managing assets and coordinating with stakeholdersExpert in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Word, Excel and PowerPointBasic web programming and web management skills are neededStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly motivated, precises level of accuracy and attention to detailAdaptable and quick learner; must be able to apply brand style guides creativelyStrong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skillsMust be able to work on multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadlineMust be able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervisionA strong work ethic and a willingness to “go the extra mile”MOST OF ALL – the drive to excel!!!This is an excellent position for someone looking to expand their Marketing career.Current Employment StatusEmployed
