Senior Web and Graphic Designer

What You'll Do:Visually design marketing campaigns, web and digital advertising, social media, print (in-box materials & experiences), in-shop signage, retail environments, print and digital catalogs, employee communicationsWeb: Design inspiring e-commerce and brand pages for Whisker’s online websites: Litter-Robot.com, Litterbox.com, and soon, Whisker.comPerformance Ads: Design performance marketing assets that also push the brand forward in a meaningful wayCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and create beautiful designs to support our owned channels and performance marketing effortsWork collaboratively with our in-house web development team to bring your designs to life.Photo and video content creation with our in-house photo and video team.Plan and execute photo/video shoots, building a library of product photos for use on and offlineBrainstorm and generate concepts with the team based on Sales and Marketing initiativesWorking with influencers and other content creators to align with our ever-changing business needsWill perform additional responsibilities when requiredWhat You'll Bring:BA in Design or Art-related field; or relevant on-site experience2-4+ years of graphic/web design experienceExpert in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and Acrobat.Experience in UX/UI design working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, Ecommerce, as well as graphic design fundamentals, typography, color and layout with experience in creating graphic, digital and/or motion design in a retail or agency environmentA diverse portfolio, including digital and mixed mediaSelf-motivated and proactive with a sense of urgency.
