We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager/Specialist for the Australia-New Zealand (ANZ) region. This is a maternity cover for 9 months. The candidate will work closely with the current Asia Pacific field marketing team and sales team based in Australia (Strategic POD).

In this role, you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives to support marketing and sales objectives for the Strategic segment in ANZ. The ideal candidate will need to have some background in field marketing, such as creating targeted digital campaigns, planning and executing innovative events that create marketing impact, as well as some fundamental understanding of content marketing.

How you will make an impact:Execute marketing activities planned by existing field marketing in ANZ, which includes new business campaigns as well as renewal support.Strategize and execute new marketing initiatives.Collaborate with other field marketing managers in APAC to run and deliver campaigns/Collaborate with other non-marketing functions to drive marketing impact for existing customers and prospects, e.g. Sales, customer training, customer success etc.Manage inbound marketing activities for Australia and New Zealand, working closely with sales team to manage leads.Manage marketing budget for Australia/New Zealand.Provide reporting on campaign results.Maintain and upload content onto apac.wiley.comPlan and execute activities planned for industry/Wiley-led events with key stakeholders.

We are looking for people who:At least 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably with experience in field marketing. Knowledge in the publishing industry is a bonus.Hands-on experience in strategizing and executing lead generation and nurturing programs.Hands-on experience in creating and implementing events, be it online to in-person.Basic understanding in content marketing and inbound marketing.Some experience in launching campaigns and reporting on results.Excellent organization and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.Strong critical thinking skills.Fast learner.Strong collaboration skills.Strong communication skills.Ability to work effectively across departments within the organization
