The client is a nationally recognized leader in multifamily development, innovation, and sustainability, creating world-class mixed-use developments in top MSAs in the U.S., driven by class-A multifamily rental housing.Role Overview

The Content Manager supports the Content Director in the execution of content across owned, paid, and organic channels across the client’s portfolio. As a member of the creative team, this role will help execute content for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media). Thorough research will be required to understand each individual property’s brand, unique products and services, and marketing goals.Critical Skill Sets for this Role Include:

Understand and execute the unique brand voice of individual properties.Assist in the development and execution of content for paid search, organic and paid social, video, and display, with a specific focus on social media.Execute engaging email and social campaigns across the portfolio.Draft and schedule Facebook and Instagram posts.Build and send emails through the CRM and email platforms.Understand the property’s needs and target audiences through online searches, reviews of existing research, and in-person meetings.Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload.Perform other duties or projects as assigned.Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, English, communications, or a related discipline.2–5 years of professional content development experience with a solid portfolio of work.Exceptional writing and research skills.Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro.Preferred Qualifications

Experience writing promotional emails with a focus on high-end retail, hospitality, real estate, or other relevant experiential industries.Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard-style guides.Experience working with content management systems and social platforms.A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design.Self-motivated, creative, confident, and energetic personality.Benefits
