POSITION OVERVIEWThe Casino Marketing Special Events Manager is responsible for planning, administration, and the overall execution of all casino special events, including casino tournaments, casino ticket blocks to shows at the BleauLive Theater and city-wide events, and other experiences. Reporting to the Director of Database Marketing, this highly cross-functional role will operationalize the casino events calendar to build profitable long-term customer relationships and maximize visitation and revenues.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:Collaborate with the Database Marketing team to develop campaigns and establish direct mail and email criteria specific to each campaign.Request and gather all necessary deliverables and assets for the campaign drops, and coordinate with all pertinent departments (e.g., Marketing/Brand, Legal, Revenue Management, Special Events, Hotel Ops, Casino Marketing, etc.) and external vendors (e.g., print, mail house, etc.) to ensure marketing campaign and event timelines are met.Manage the logistics of official approvals, guest lists, and ticket allocation and distribution to events.Design, implement, and evaluate marketing programs and collaborate with counterparts to establish best practices and efficiencies.Assist with all tournament administration which includes: creating tournament databases, charging entry fees, report execution, scoring, record keeping, host lists, session time assignments, guest interactions, hardware/software checks, credential prep, collateral approvals, and overseeing the tournament team.Develop fact sheets, memos, and informational content for Casino Marketing initiatives.Provide support to the Casino Host team by explaining procedures/systems and source solutions for obstacles encountered by the host team.Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be at least 21 years of age.Bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on quantitative fields (analytics, statistics, data science) and/or equivalent professional work experience in analytics roles.Minimum one year of experience in a casino marketing, database marketing, or loyalty marketing role required.Prior experience in gaming/hospitality industry required.Hands-on experience in Excel (pivot, lookups, etc.), data querying/modeling tools (SQL, R, Python, etc.), and data visualization/BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).Proficiency in writing, debugging, and refining SQL query scripts required.Strong technical understanding of data, database management, and reporting/analytics, especially involving large and complex datasets (transactional/interaction-level customer data).Have ability to quickly gain proficiency of a database marketing tech stack and data flow that involve multiple systems, databases, and tools.Keen attention to detail & accuracy in data handling and reporting.Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.A self-starter with an ability to anticipate, multi-task, and prioritize workload with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and quickly evolving environment.Have natural curiosity and thrive in answering business questions with data and metrics.Passionate about scalable and future-proof processes, systems, and analytics.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position will not have any supervisory responsibilities.DIVERSITY COMMITMENTFontainebleau Las Vegas is committed to ensuring an inclusive space and sense of belonging for our Members.
