Marketing Content Coordinator

Responsible for enhancing everyday digital content, the digital content coordinator must have experience and talent for producing on brand, compelling content, maintaining the quality of existing digital content, and recommending enhancements to digital platforms and vehicles. Must be comfortable working across social media, the bank intranet, web sites, landing pages and marketing automation platforms. Should be comfortable with data and be willing to work regularly with a CMS. Also, coordinates basic projects and assists others in department as requested.Four-year degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, digital marketing, communications or related fieldPreferably 12 months in a corporate or agency environment.Must have experience or be willing to take a large supporting role with a new CRM to manage customer cultivation and monitor lead generation.Must have experience developing compelling, on brand content for social media, web sites, landing pages and other digital communications.Must demonstrate basic “eye for design” and a willingness to learn from highly skilled service providers as well as through ongoing training to produce simple graphics, infographics and video for digital channels and platforms. We’re not looking for a graphic designer or videographer, but someone whose grasp of software designed for general marketers, design sensibilities and storytelling talents will enhance our everyday content and website.Must have experience managing an existing web site or web assets under the oversight of more senior marketers.Must be able to work with data specialists to generate reports assigned by marketingMust be detail oriented and a strong proofreader.Must be able to learn new software, as necessary, and help others use online tools effectively.Should be proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.Experience with content management software, CRM (preferably HubSpot), Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop and Adobe Video) and other HubSpot automation applicationsMust be adept at managing basic projects independently while supporting larger projects managed by more senior marketing employees.Should be familiar with adhering to brand ID standards, brand voice and brand values.Should be passionate about staying on top of digital trends and tools with the potential to improve the bank’s brand and performance.
