This position works closely and in cooperation with the Marketing Managers to achieve the department goals.Minimum Qualifications/Experience:1-2 years' expereince, preferably in publishing and/or marketingExpertise in Microsoft Office software and access database managementMust communicate well, work independently, and prioritize effectivelyMust possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsMust be detail-oriented and a team playerStrong administrative follow-through is requiredMust has the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and keep them on schedule, even if additional work time is requiredKey Duties and Responsibilities:Support Marketing Managers and key Health Profession and Nursing lists by developing an introductory knowledge of markets and FA Davis products. This knowledge base is needed to review brochures, hyperlink digital promotions, review product descriptions, and create product knowledge materials (sales play, field notebook and videos) for Sales force.Create Sales and Marketing tools to support educators using our products such as rollover guides, competitive frameworks, short videos, and concept-based crosswalks. Manage freelancers as needed and track ongoing projects.Process digital samples and track leads in CRM/Microsoft Dynamics.Support direct to student (D2S) efforts by planning, managing, and executing social media and scholarship efforts.Co-lead and coordinate customer facing and internal webinars. This includes scheduling events, supporting email recruitment and work orders, posting events to FADavis.com, co-presenting in webinars, posting recordings, assisting with follow-up efforts, responding to Q&A.Manage work orders for emails and promotional pieces, proof creative, distribute as assigned.Manage and post sales tools in sales enablement/Highspot.Travel to conferences as assigned.Special projects and other duties as assigned.Do you want your work to make a difference?
