The successful candidate will join an experienced team of professionals who are committed to providing world-class service to our clients each and every day.PRODUCER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting consistently for new leads through networking and cold callingPositioning yourself as a pillar of your communityPlanning or preparing to make the sale with prioritization and organizationDetermining the needs of each clientMastering the art of the short selling cycle with a sense of urgencyQUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of business and or sales experienceStrong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organizationProperty and Casualty insurance license required (or the ability to obtain)Driven for success with solid sales aptitudeAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialFundamental knowledge of company software and proceduresCOMPENSATION:
