2-5 years of work experience as a product engineer;
Motivation to succeed and a high energy level with excellent customer service skills;
Self-confidence and an outgoing personality;
Verbal communication prowess;
Good communication in written and spoken English (Chinese communication is an advantage);
Familiarity with the security industry, including switches, access control, video intercom, and monitoring preferred.
Job Description:
Training Empowerment:
Introduce products and SMB solutions to the customer and salesman, including but not limited to product highlights, application scenarios, and operation demonstrations;
Pre-sales Technical Support:
Understand customers' needs, answer questions about products and SMB solutions, and cooperate with sales to accelerate order creation;
Competitor and Market Information Collection:
Communicate directly with customers via online channels or other means. Collaborate with sales to visit customers and obtain, sort, and analyze market and competitor information, as well as customer requirements;
New Products Test and Localization of Promotional Materials:
Complete new product test reports on time, including but not limited to pictures, text, and presentation videos in cooperation with the Marketing team;
Channel Product Structure and Customer Analysis:
Work with the Product Manager to analyze key customers’ product structures and business information at different levels, and undertake the headquarters product strategy to make the channel product structure reasonable;
Go-to-Market Product Strategy:
Establish promotion policies and launch campaigns to open markets and improve sales;
Other Responsibilities:
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
