The Graphic Designer reports to their Creative Director and works closely with them and the rest of the Marketing Team to support our brands by developing packaging, point-of-sale materials, advertising, signage, web graphics, presentation decks, merchandise, and more. They have a creative mind for both art and problem solving and strong skills with Adobe Creative Cloud software.Main Responsibilities:

Brainstorm, conceptualize and execute ideas.Create and design packaging, review proofs, and attend press checks as needed.Create and design marketing materials such as print ads, point-of-sale materials, posters, billboards, signage, brochures; will also build renderings/mock-ups.Work with Heads of Marketing, Brand Managers, and/or Creative Director to build, design and brand elements from the ground up.Ensure consistency of on-brand design across platforms and campaigns.Enthusiastically tackle new and exciting challenges within a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.Qualifications:

Serious skills in Adobe Creative Cloud apps, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.Ability to build and edit decks in Microsoft PowerPoint.Knowledge of various printing techniques.Demonstrate a great deal of creativity and originality.Strong illustrating skills a plus.Photography or videography experience a plus.Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple projects.Team oriented player, as well as self-motivated.Passionate about craft beer and has a sense of humor.Please include link to your portfolio or upload as an attachment.

Note:

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package. The role is hybrid in-person minimum 3 days per week downtown Toronto.
