As a video producer, you will coordinate and manage all aspects of thevideo production processfrom start to finish—including helping withcreative direction,scoping and establishing budget, organizing logistics, setting and meeting deadlines, editing, creating motion graphics, and collaborating and communicating with the team and clients during the entire process. This role is focused on producing videos consisting of existing footage, motion graphics, and stock footage, rather than producing live shoots.Responsibilities

Own all phases of the video production process including scoping, conceptualization, storyboarding, and post-production/editingCollaborate with Spur teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute a vision and strategy that fits with the client’s overall business goals and objectivesBring a strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, and editorial judgment to video workHandle post-production for video content, including audio editing/mixing/correction, 2D motion graphics, visual overlays, and color grading/correctionManage the overall timeline including incorporation of feedback, client follow-up, and ensuring all deadlines are metMinimum Requirements

2 years of relevant experienceDemonstrated experience creating short and long-form video content across a broad variety of channels (web, social, event, etc.)Experience with storytelling and strategy in a technical space.Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExperience actioning feedback and iterating quicklyHighly proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere and After EffectsConceptual thinking ability, including strategic and proactive problem-solvingPreferred Qualifications

Experience navigating big-picture changes while maintaining composure and poise in client interactionsDemonstrated ability to create original, imaginative, and aesthetically polished videos with strong storytellingSelf-starter with a bias for action and ability to make headway despite ambiguityAbility to identify and tell inspiring stories that tug at heartstringsProven experience meeting deadlines through strong organizational skills and attention to detailMotion graphics and animation experience is a plusAbout ReplyReply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. Reply services include Consulting, System Integration and Digital Services.The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $68,000 - $78,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
