The Full Salary Range for this position is $37,807.00 - $67,655.00 Annually. Work Schedule
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Primary Duties/Brief Description Of Work
The employee in this position will enjoy being a part of a team-oriented, fast-paced printing and bindery operation. This position involves using advanced graphic design skills required to create files for print as well as manipulating and editing existing files for efficient printing. Experience using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat Pro is necessary. Knowledge of and/or experience using bindery equipment is a plus. Will assit the Graphic Designer in contributing to high volume of finished, printed pieces in a fast-paced, team-oriented printing environment. Will work independently in routine operation of color and B&W digital printers. The ability to juggle multiple projects and to prioritize project deadlines will aid you in being successful in this position.Â
The job is NON-EXEMPT under FLSA.Â
 Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with  1-3 years experience working with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Pro or Adobe Creative CloudÂOr No High School Diploma/GED with 5-7 years of experience working with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Pro or Adobe Creative CloudÂ
Preferred Qualifications
Graphics Degree with extensive Adobe Creative Cloud experience
