Explore this opportunity with Psomas and apply today!About being our Senior Marketing CoordinatorAs our Senior Marketing Coordinator, you'll support our dynamic marketing teams across Arizona, California, Utah, and Washington. You will be instrumental in facilitating the proposal process for large pursuits and high-volume clients from inception to completion. Your role will be pivotal in promoting our technical services, attracting clients, and enhancing brand awareness. This position is supported by Psomas' Communications Team, which provides company-wide assistance including, but not limited to, public relations, article writing, website upkeep, and graphics support.

Responsibility Highlights for our Senior Marketing CoordinatorProposal Management: Lead the proposal process from inception to completion including developing detailed matrices, key messaging, value propositions, etc. while ensuring that all client requirements are met.Content Management & Creation: Work with project teams to compile and coordinate content for SOQs, proposals, award submissions, and presentation interviews by following client requests, including writing and editing company qualifications, project descriptions, personnel resumes, and graphic concepts.Collaboration: Work closely with technical staff and a professional group of marketing coordinators to deliver winning SOQs, proposals, and presentations.Manage and maintain marketing collateral (resumes, project descriptions, photos, etc.) in Unanet database.

Minimum Qualifications to be our Senior Marketing CoordinatorBachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and work experience.5+ years of related marketing experience in the Engineering, Architecture, or Construction industry, including a demonstrated proficiency in working with SF330 forms.Proven track record creating, managing, and clearly articulating proposal and presentation production schedules for high-volume clients and large pursuits.Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple and competing projects and schedules.Ability to manage workflow throughout the proposal process and proactively interface with technical staff to meet critical deadlines.Strong writing and editing proficiency and experience with InDesign.

Preferred Qualifications for our Senior Marketing CoordinatorPrior experience working on proposals for the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) On-Calls.Proficiency in CRM software such as Unanet, Cosential, or other software.
