Minimum of ten (10) years working as a programmer/analyst in a .NET environment.Minimum of ten (10) years planning and developing universal designs.Minimum of five (5) years of experience in digital design, user research, qualitative analysis & synthesis, interaction design.Minimum of five (5) years experience developing web application UX/UI to meet compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at a minimum.Possession of a bachelor's degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
