Fehr & Peers is seeking a part-time Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join our team of professionals passionate about improving communities and contributing to driving innovation in the transportation consulting industry. In this role, you'll work closely with project managers, principals, and other marketing and business services professionals. Your primary responsibility will be crafting high-quality proposals that address client needs. Through close collaboration, you’ll make sure our proposals are polished and stand out to help us win competitive pursuits.You'll also have the opportunity to foster relationships with fellow marketing professionals within our company, as well as external teaming partners with whom we collaborate. Employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits.Responsibilities

Contribute to the coordination of marketing efforts from pre-RFP release to time of submittal (i.e., proposals, interview preparation, pre-bids, resume updates, qualification development, and weekly meetingsabout business pursuits)Collaborate with project managers, senior management, and other business services staff to plan, coordinate, and produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations, and meet relevant deadlinesTake ownership of the proposal process and commit to ensuring proposals comply with the applicable RFP/RFQ submission instructionsand requirementsCoordinate the receipt of necessary information from internal clients, external consultants, and other team members to include in proposal and presentation materialsContribute to content development (writing, editing, proofreading) for qualifications, proposals, and presentationsUse our company’s brand style guide and design resources to create attractive and effective graphics and documents for marketing pursuits that compete well with othersUpdate and maintain databases of project opportunities, project descriptions, resumes, references, and qualifications materialsQualifications

2-5 years of experienceEffective writing, editing, grammar, and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining professionalism and exceptional attention to detailStrong work ethic and commitment to excellenceProficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe AcrobatEagerness to learn and develop skills in graphic design, writing, and template managementExperience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) preferred, but not requiredExperience within the A/E/C industry is preferred, but not requiredA portfolio demonstrating your visual design capabilities is requested, but not required.$30 - $32.50 an hour

Placement within the stated pay range will be determined based upon education, experience, and qualifications. This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week. Employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits.
