In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining processes with relevant department leaders and stakeholders across the organization to inform and influence training needs. You will build and sustain relationships to ensure training initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.Your innovative approach will enhance learning solutions, enable employees, and increase their efficiency and effectiveness. Utilizing eLearning authoring tools like Articulate 360, Synthesia, and Adobe Creative Cloud, you will create prototypes, storyboards, scripts, course content, simulations, scenarios, and assessments, with KPIs as the driving force of your efforts.Partnering with LMS Administrators and Training and Development leaders, you will ensure seamless delivery and integration of content. Additionally, you will establish best practices for eLearning development, including the creation of design templates and identifying opportunities to streamline production processes.THE SCHEDULE:This is a 100% in-office role, based in our Orlando office.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:You are a problem solver, a team player, and an output-oriented individual with a passion for technical training and team collaboration.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Create and maintain processes with relevant stakeholders to inform and influence partner training needs.Collaborate/consult with Subject Matter Experts to identify key knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with learning objectives.Identify appropriate instructional strategies to efficiently meet project goals.Innovate and improve upon learning solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of learning design and delivery.Create documentation that communicates learning objectives, content structure, assessment measures, and learning impact.Create guidance documents, prototypes, storyboards, scripts, course content, simulations, scenarios, assessments, etc. for learning solutions.Build learning materials using eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Rise360, and related creative applications.Partner with the LMS Administrators to deliver and embed content.Establish best practices surrounding eLearning development, including creating design templates and identifying opportunities to streamline the production process.WHAT YOU’LL BRING:Undergraduate degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field of study.Minimum 2 years’ experience in the application of adult learning theory, instructional design, and online learning product development; preference for experience with both Articulate Storyline and Techsmith Camtasia.Moderate to high technical aptitude and a passion for technology.
