What You'll Do: We are seeking a motivated Corporate Communications Manager to join our innovative team and play a key role in shaping our brand's story. As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will be at the forefront of our communications strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messages that resonate with our customers and employees.
Responsibilities:
• Mentor and guide specialists, ensuring that senior specialists/leads are effectively coaching and mentoring junior specialists.
• Create deliverables that align with the content style guide and maintain the appropriate tone.
• Lead the ideation, development, creation and reporting of surveys.
• Uphold the accuracy and quality of deliverables, including blog strategy and content (both SEO and standard).
• Provide expert consultation on content ideation.
• Support product launches with strategic content.
• Develop product-specific collateral and script high-profile videos.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in content curation and distribution.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of website content, CTAs, sales enablement materials and lead nurture program design.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.
• 5+ years of work experience in content marketing, demand generation, marketing communications, or product marketing.
