Our client is currently seeking a UX Designer! This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days a week onsite.
As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in consulting with stakeholders to understand their goals and conducting research to assess and understand end-user needs and frustrations. You will analyze research findings to create personas and flows, use your design skills to create sitemaps, mockups, and prototypes, and conduct user testing to validate designs. You will also work closely with engineers to implement your designs.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Consult with stakeholders to understand their goals.Conduct research to assess and understand end-user needs, frustrations, satisfaction with current functionality, and ideas to enhance products and initiatives.Analyze research findings to create personas, flows, etc.Use design skills to create sitemaps, mockups, and prototypes to socialize with the product team.Conduct user testing to validate the design, track how users interact with the product, and identify ongoing needs.Work with engineers to implement designs.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.Problem-solving aptitude.Excellent written and interpersonal skills when communicating with team members and end users.Background in UX research.Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture.Proficient in design software.Creativity and attention to detail.
