ChemSource, a tech platform that connects buyers and sellers of chemicals, ingredients and raw materials, is looking for a versatile and innovative web designer to join our growing team. You will assist in everything from website front-end design to print material, and will be a key contributor to the success of the team. Viable candidates include those with an eye for design, passion for visual communication, and a desire to expand their skill set in web and graphic design.Individuals will develop their skills in web layout, interpret business needs, and translate complex business ideas and concepts into visually appealing end products. Here’s what we’re looking for:

5+ years of hands-on design experience, either in-house or at an agencyProven knowledge of design trends, patterns, usability, and UX best practicesExpert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)Excellent design, color, layout and typographic skillsA portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and creative problem solvingThe ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environmentDetail oriented, motivated, and organizedWeb development (HTML, CSS, JS) and multimedia experience is a plusConceptualize, design, and deliver creative Web layouts for ChemSource digital assets as well as our client’s websites and assets.Provide creative direction and cohesive brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging across all mediumsWork in partnership with the Marketing Manager to build high-quality web and print contentDesign and produce icons, images, fonts and other digital assets in various formatsCollaborate with the development team to create intuitive style guides and design specificationsAssist in the design and development of marketing collateralWork on multiple projects across various disciplines at the same timeCompensation & Other Cool Stuff:
