This leadership role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and performance of our innovative Power Management ICs, catering to a diverse array of applications including Mobile, Consumer, IoT, and Industrial sectors. This role demands a leader skilled in navigating the complexities of digital IC design, able to guide a team in ensuring robust digital design implementation & design integrity through sophisticated methodologies.Responsibilities:Lead a skilled team of engineers in digital ASIC design & verification, fostering innovation, precision, and efficiency.Develop and implement robust implementation and verification strategies that address the intricacies of digital design, including state machines, serial interfaces, register blocks, and digital interactions with analog circuits.Champion the digital design flow from specification review through RTL development, simulation verification, logic synthesis, and backend processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines.Drive collaboration between digital designers and mixed signal verification engineers, ensuring a cohesive approach to ASIC design and verification that seamlessly integrates digital and analog components.Oversee the creation of digital models, test benches, and verification environments using System Verilog, emphasizing reusability and automation in verification processes.Utilize advanced digital verification methodologies, such as UVM, to enhance the efficiency and coverage of the verification process, ensuring the reliability and performance of digital components within mixed signal ICs.Provide technical leadership in resolving complex digital design challenges, leveraging a deep understanding of digital design principles within mixed signal environments, and power management technologies.Keep abreast of the latest advancements in digital design tools and methodologies, continuously seeking to improve the design & verification framework and processes.Ensure comprehensive documentation of digital design activities, from detailed test plans to procedures and reports, promoting knowledge sharing and transparency across the team.Support the transition from design implementation & verification to production testing, offering expertise in digital debugging techniques and collaborating with test engineers as necessary.Qualifications:Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with significant emphasis on digital and mixed signal circuit design.Over 12 years of experience in digital portion of heavy analog IC design, including substantial expertise in digital ASIC design processes and verification methodologies.Profound knowledge of digital design principles, including the development of state machines, serial interfaces, register blocks, and the integration of digital circuits with analog components.Expertise in System Verilog, Verilog, other digital verification methodologies.Demonstrated ability to lead complex digital projects, managing sophisticated test environments and ensuring the integrity and performance of Power Management ICs.Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the capacity to address intricate issues in digital design and verification.Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and guiding a diverse team of digital engineers.A commitment to technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and driving projects to successful completion.Career Opportunity:
