!In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day. We are committed to making every type of property damage “Like it never even happened!”Responsibilities:Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy that reflects the brand identity and attracts customersCreate appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store, such as window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotions displaysIdentify key messages and set a clear image of the result for each displayCollaborate with contractors and other experts to achieve the functional and aesthetic needs of the spaceAnalyze how people operate and move in the space, as well as patterns of useOversee the design of the showroom, coach and mentor employees, and monitor inventoryAttract and secure business by using sales techniques and marketing strategiesExperience:Knowledge of utilizing various software tools and programs, such as Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Dreamweaver, Xactimate, etc.Strong skills in customer service, visualization, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, creativity, and attention to detailBachelor’s degree in a business field or a related discipline, although an equivalent level of relevant professional experience may be acceptableJob Type:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year8-hour shift
