DescriptionSummary:Reprographics Specialist is responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of high-speed digital printing and copying equipment to produce high-quality documents and materials. Duties and ResponsibilitiesBasic knowledge of high-quality printing equipment for different reprographic needs.Understanding of basic production of drawing plans, specifications, presentation boards, and presentation books as needed.Assist departments with printing, scanning and copies for different tasks.Prepare specification/material binders.Preparation of presentation material such as Wide Format Boards, printed/bonded Presentation books for meetings presentations.Perform routine maintenance on all equipment.Troubleshoot and arrange service for all equipment as needed.Inventory management for all supplies: toners, regular and high-quality paper, large format bond paper and presentation quality paper/materials.Ensure quality control for all jobs.Perform basic housekeeping to maintain a clean and workable space.RequirementsRequired Skills and Abilities:Proficiency in Microsoft SuiteProficiency in Adobe AcrobatStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Good communication and customer service skills.Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs. minimum.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in reprographics or printing technology preferred.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a reprographics or printing environment preferred but not required.
