POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a positive, high-energy, and creatively innovative person to join our team. This individual will be responsible for championing the JR Automation brand and creative storytelling, internally and externally, across all platforms and materials worldwide, ensuring brand consistency, engaging content and an enhanced customer experience. The ideal candidate is a creative collaborator with the ability and confidence to direct and execute overall creative design efforts, has a strong attention to detail, and a relentless self-driven approach to their work.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ability to translate marketing and branding concepts, technical discussions, and overall campaign objectives into design strategies.Able to successfully implement brand strategy and guidelines to create innovative, world-class visual designs and assets across all customer touchpoints, managing the entire process from concept through production.Develop and manage a Digital Asset Manager (DAM) platform to streamline asset management.Transform campaigns/campaign objectives into compelling designs that ensure the voice of the brand is captured in all marketing materials, print, digital, motion, and experiential (including sales materials, promotional collateral, posters, booklets, banner ads, social graphics, digital animations, videography, tradeshow graphics, etc.).Organize and maintain management of all necessary brand assets, artwork and mechanicals.Ensure all aspects of final graphics/artwork are delivered on time, on budget, and in a manner that represents the brand authentically.Initiative to take ownership of projects from start to finish - including potentially researching clients or market audiences, ideation, visual design, prototyping and testing, creating, and presenting design concepts.Conceptualize and articulate a system-wide approach to design work, demonstrating alignment and reinforcement of the overall brand and/or marketing strategy.Use design to communicate key messages; elevate and add value to content.Work with the marketing team to develop, plan and execute design concepts throughout web, direct, social media, digital advertising, and experiential campaigns to meet and exceed lead generation and customer engagement goals as defined by corporate objectives.Clearly articulate the rationale and strategy behind creative directions for both internal and client-facing reviews.Actively participate in and often lead internal design reviews with insightful contributions – and ability to then capture and interpret feedback from teammates and clients.Keep a pulse on creative trends and technology tools in considering ways to improve the brand experience, communication materials, user experience, etc.Provide creative input to help bring forth new and innovative ideas that will help better serve our internal and external customers.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required in graphic design, digital design, or related marketing programs.5+ years of design experience in print and/or digital channels, within a fast-paced, quick-turn around environment.Must be able to demonstrate creative experience through portfolio of work samples.Strong organization skills and detail oriented.Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in motion graphics, animation, and other moving visualization tools a plus.Ability to meet deadlines without compromising creativity and quality.Good oral and written communication skills, project and time management skills, and attention to detail while simultaneously managing multiple projects.Experience in creating campaign copy or other copywriting development is a plus.Visit Job Website
