$25.56 to $34.51 / HourJob Summary:The Jr. Product Designer is responsible for working with design and production teams to support planned development of new product concepts and designs. Junior Product Designers are creative problem solvers who collaborate with the internal team throughout the design process. Junior Designers are expected to work on multiple projects, both from the ground up and from existing work, while maintaining in-depth knowledge about the latest design trends and technologies.Quality Control:

Help ensure high color accuracy and file setup proficiency for print production. Maintain an organized file structure on the product design server. Follow internal design processes and procedures.Brand Development, Design Creation, and Trend Research:

Stay up to date with trends, including colors, patterns, and consumer products. Work closely with the Design Manager to produce design solutions using sketches, thumbnails, and mockups. Be able to follow feedback given from the Lead / Design Manager. Develop art styles and new techniques to coordinate with market trends.Product Innovation:

Work with design and production teams to support planned development of new product concepts and designs.Conceptualization and Sketching:

Create and utilize templates both for creative and trend development. Ensure that all designs align with the brand’s identity and target audience.Assets Management:

Assist with the creation, maintenance and archiving of product renders. Image and photo editing include retouching/clean up, pattern creation, and manipulation based on a predetermined direction given by the design team.Design Fundamental:

Ensure the exacting standards and quality assurance across all work produced so that it is cohesive, consistent, and on brand.Design Support:

Work with design to assist in assets and renders creation. Create mockups to support innovation and specific retailer product designs.Research:

Identify market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to drive design decisions and product improvements.Communication and Collaboration:

Be a dedicated team player. Exhibit ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness. Maintain professional interactions with colleagues. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure seamless product development, launch, and marketing campaigns.Values:
