Job Description: Saint Joseph School Admissions & Marketing CoordinatorGeneral Function:

The Admissions & Marketing Coordinator is the primary point of contact for families interested in applying to Saint Joseph School, and in addition manages the related marketing tasks. All responsibilities are to be in line with the Catholic mission of the school. The Admissions & Marketing Coordinator reports to the principal and works collaboratively with other school and parish staff members.Job Responsibilities

Collaborating with the Parish Communications Director, coordinates the print and digital materials required for the admissions’ life-cycleServes as the primary point of contact for the application/enrollment process, shepherding families through the processManages inquiries, applications, and enrollments with the FACTS Student Information SystemCoordinates school toursActs as backup to the Office ManagerCollaborates with colleagues in the management of the school’s Google calendarsIn conjunction with the Home & School Treasurer, facilitates sale of Scrip fundraising cardsOther duties as assignedJob Requirements

College graduate preferredExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsCollaborative, service-oriented mindsetHighly self-directed team player with an attention to detail and ability to organize effectivelyMicrosoft Office and web content management skills required; willing to be trained in student information systems, school lunch programs, and online enrollment systemsThis is a part-time, non-exempt, non-benefits-eligible position.
