The Sales Designer is responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers while achieving monthly sales goals and building strong customer relationships within an assigned territory and/or list of named companies/households (commercial/residential).DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Achieving revenue goalsSet goals, strategy and execution action plan to achieve quota, consistently year over yearSell Mobile Illumination’s Value Proposition to build, maintain and progress a strong pipeline and to obtain revenue goalsResponsible for account collection to keep customers AR currentDeveloping on going customer relationships - commercialEstablish organizational maps of clientsIdentify key stakeholdersDiscover opportunitiesEducate customers about our capabilitiesVisit customers in person on regular call scheduleProblem solve and be resourceful to the customers to provide exceptional experienceIdentifying and calling on potential new customers - commercialResearch and develop prospects into customersBe creative and show tenacity with developing new business leveraging all key engagement tactics (LinkedIn, phone, email, text)Show proactive participation in selected networking groups/associationsDevelop partnerships with partners/influencersDeveloping on going customer relationships - residentialDiscover opportunities for new services/productsEducate customers about our capabilitiesVisit customers in person once per yearBe resourceful to the customers to provide exceptional experienceIdentifying and calling on potential new customers - residentialDevelop prospects into customers via job walksBe responsive to new leadsDelivering value propositions that meet the customer’s needAsk open ended questions, listen and understand customer needsCombine learnings from customers with our value proposition to drive existing customers loyalty and sales and to acquire new onesEnsure all contractual documentation is signedSubmit Install Sheet within 48 hours of contract signatureAttend sales meetings and training as requiredMaintaining accurate and updated customer data, sales activity and forecast in the CRMUpdate prospecting activity (pipeline, calls, KPIs,….) in CRM weeklyUpdate customer activity (pipeline, calls, KPIs,….) in CRM weeklyUpdate account contact information on a regular basisProvide monthly forecastingRepresenting our company internally and externallyMaintain presence at industry events to maximize sales opportunities and promote company representation and relevanceMaintain

a professional appearance and provides a positive company imagePerform work in a manner consistent with all company policies and safety rulesPerform other related duties as assigned by managementSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:This job has no supervisory responsibilities.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education is preferred5+ years of successful experience in business to business and business sales as a direct contributor carrying an individual quotaProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned monthly goalsAttentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities
