McGough is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Communications team located at our headquarters in Roseville, MN. The graphic designer must have creative and technical skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and can collaborate cross-functionally with teams.In this role, you will help design and create both print and digital marketing materials for a variety of platforms. Candidates should be familiar with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other graphic design applications. Candidates should be able to produce high-quality materials while adhering to deadlines.Please submit a portfolio of your recent work that demonstrates your design skills and creativity.Qualifications:

Required:3-4+ years of professional design experience2-4+ years graphic design experienceProficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPointExcellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamProven ability to consistently meet tight deadlines while multi-taskingPreferred:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related fieldResponsibilities and Tasks:

Create and/or manage a variety of print assets, such as advertisements, invitations, site signage, billboards, event graphics, flyers, brochures, and other print collateralDevelop a variety of graphics and digital assets for print, web, social media, video, and PowerPoint presentationsContribute to layout, typography, and photography decisionsKnowledge of current social and digital media trendsContribute ideas for new and existing marketing campaignsFamiliarity with print production of brochures, books, and moreFamiliarity with industry standards for color profiles and image resolutionCollaborate with the team on internal and external communications or media-related projects, including video, newsletters, email, social, and webUphold company brand guidelines while keeping content fresh and innovativeOpen to constructive critique and feedbackAble to work independently and as part of our teamProven ability to consistently meet tight deadlines while multi-taskingInterest in working in the corporate office environment with some flexibilitySkills:
