Graphic Designer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Design high quality marketing material for use in advertising and casino promotions.Design, produce, and deliver marketing projects in all formats.Develop and implement design parameters, style guides, and visual standards for various platforms.Use computer graphics systems to design original graphics, photo enhancements, logos, and icons.Design and produce 'camera ready' advertisement material.Update digital signage with current promotions, notifications, and advertisements.Assist in photography and filming for designs and advertising.Participate in promotional concept development.Create product specifications for vendors.Coordinate the design, print, and production of all promotional materials.Monitor and maintain advertising internally, externally, and on all digital platforms.Monitor and analyze product use and expense tracking to meet budget goals.Maintain inventory, ordering, and tracking deliveries.Attend and be certified in all required training programs.Maintain regular attendance.Perform other job-specific duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:Minimum age requirement is twenty-one (21).Associates degree in graphic design or related field, plus 4 years of related experience, or 7 years of related experience, and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Advanced proficiency in graphic and media development applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Knowledge and application of cameras and photo recording devices.Excellent interpersonal skills with patience, tact, and respect.Exceptional detail and follow-up skills.Establish priorities and meet deadlines effectively.Multi-task oriented.Ability to work some nights and weekends.Ability to obtain and retain a gaming license.PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL:Regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, and sit.Occasionally required to reach, handle objects, and operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.Office setting with occasional visits to the casino floor.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Noise level varies from office setting to moderate/high on the casino floor.Exposure to cigarette smoke, ringing bells, and flashing lights.Perform all essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.REPORTS TO:
