Big Ass Fans is looking for an experienced

Graphic Designer

as unique as our company to be at the heart of the brand identity of our residential marketing efforts. The Graphic Designer will create exceptional marketing material that is on-brand, on-time, and meets the strategic needs of the Residential Marketing Segment. This role takes responsibility for the visual identity of our brand across global markets and multiple sales channels.Working in-office with our in-house Creative Team and Marketing Department Managers, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for translating key messages and vision into high-quality designs, maintaining a consistent visual voice and brand standards across all channels and vertical segments.The ideal candidate will have a vetted history and understanding of core design best practices, including a firm grasp of design context within the requested medium. They will have a solid understanding of working within a fast-paced agency model through tasks assigned by our Project Manager, and the capability to return accurate scopes on requested work promptly to the Channell Marketer. Our Graphic Designer will be capable of seeing the “bigger picture” of brand consistency within marketing collateral that ensures dependable, clean, and easily consumed content. Further, this candidate will have an equally strong command of modern digital collateral requirements, with an understanding of the needs for channels such as websites, digital advertising, and email.Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with the Creative Team and Channell Marketers to conceive and execute creative design solutions, moving projects from brief through concept and final execution.Present concepts and rough drafts to Creative Managers.Develop attractive and compelling graphic solutions for targeted marketing materials in various mediums.Ensure that concepts and designs adhere to original design brief specifications, and are consistent with project objectives and brand standards.Spec and release high-quality artwork for both digital and print production.Maintain technical knowledge of best practices related to color, typography, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques.Requirements

Proven and portfolio-backed work experience as a graphic designer5+ years of creative agency or in-house marketing department experience, preferably with consumer brandsExperience in both print and digital designPrint production experience, both digital and offsetExcellent visual, written, and verbal communicatorExperience collaborating with other creative professionals and proven ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, problem-solving, collaborative environmentExperience working with photographers and 3D media artistsExpert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD)Excellent time-management skills – must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, including tight deadlines
