We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to support the Axos Clearing business by building out the new Axos Professional Workstation suite of products. The Axos Professional Workstation (APW) will be leveraged by Investment Professionals, BD home office users, as well as Axos internal users to support the tactical and strategic needs of the user. APW will serve as the single integrated technology solution to enable the servicing of our clients and support them in achieving their strategic business goals.In this role, you will deliver solutions for complex business and technical problems where the product strategy and focus are not always defined. You will partner with your product and business teams to identify and prioritize customer outcomes. You will drive design excellence by unifying and improving design patterns, standards and methods while contributing to the adoption of enterprise design standards. You will be expected to be well versed in stakeholder and will lead and present in cross-org reviews using your storytelling superpowers to influence and keep the team focused. Your attention to detail at the pixel level will only be matched by your focus on making sure your designs are feasible and data driven.This position is on-site at the following locations: New York or San Diego.
