We’re looking for a gifted product marketer to communicate the value of our powerful talent-matching product to buyers and users.What’s AdeptID?AdeptID is a high-growth software company building AI-based matching infrastructure to get more people into better jobs, faster. Our APIs connect to the tech stacks of applicant tracking systems and workforce and staffing organizations to identify hidden talent for jobs and training. Less than four years from our founding, we already impact more than 15 million job transitions a year. We are an eighteen-person hybrid team based in downtown Boston.What does this role look like?Will partner with the CEO, product, and growth teams to develop product positioning, proposition and communication that resonates with customers and lays out a bold vision for the future of HR/Talent TechnologyConceptualize and produce product related marketing and sales content for a variety of platforms. Work with writers and designers as appropriate to have the right kind and format of content created quicklyInteract with the research analyst community to ensure our positioning and roadmap is understood (and informed) by industry expertsNegotiate a nuanced multi-level value proposition between our buyers, our users, and their buyers and usersManaging marketing efforts that feed top-of-funnel leads and increase brand awareness in an authentic and energetic wayWhat kind of teammate are we looking for?You live to promote things you care about, and you can do it authentically (urgency, not desperation!)Experience in product marketing B2B SaaS products to technical buyersYou can integrate brand voice and identity into sales and marketing processesIt's a

if you have unique staffing and/or HRTech industry knowledge and a network of experts who could inform our positioningYou've marketedas a "David" (i.e. a newer, smaller company), not just as an established playerYou love working cross-functionally, and have strong empathy for buyers, users, and teammatesYou do

need to be fluent in data science or machine learning (we will teach you, it will be fun!), but you will need to be comfortable talking about
