The Producer/Sales Executive is part of a team that is responsible for driving new business and managing existing client revenue retention.Duties and Responsibilities:Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated by referrals, networking, marketing and cold-callingAbility to identify and overcome sales obstacles on a prospect basisAchieve new business sales goals on an annualized basis based upon target markets of carriersManage existing client relationships by completing policy reviews, analyzing loss experience, etc.Successfully develop and deploy sales and marketing strategies for clients and prospectsUnderstand and communicate client objectives to account management/servicing personnelCreate positive synergy and pursue cross selling opportunities to enhance prospect and customer experiencesDemonstrate strategic thinking and innovation based upon product knowledge of the market, carriers and products, including understanding of important technical, financial and risk issuesPositively and proactively represent agency at meetings, seminars, trade shows and networking eventsQualifications:Associate’s Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Customer Service
