Buck Mason is looking for a Women's Cut & Sew Knit's Designer with a strong design, fit, and wash background. The ideal candidate is a driven creative and obsessed with design, fit, and product quality.RESPONSIBILITIES

Seasonal concept and design for Women's Knit's collectionCreate all sketches, details, and technical packages for seasonal designsConduct product, color, fit, and fabric research for seasonal concepts pertaining to woven'sCreate flat digital sketches for presentation boards and tech packsConduct fittings with tech design and updates styles and tech packsApproves fabric samples, lab dips, strike-off's and other development materialReports to Design DirectorQUALIFICATIONS

5+ years applicable women’s knit's experienceHigh taste levelStrong knowledge of the Women’s wear market and DesignersIn-depth knowledge of vintage, military, and workwear stylingMust have excellent working knowledge of Adobe Suite and ExcelMust be a team player, have ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines and take initiativeStrong time management skills and ability to prioritize workloadHighly motivated and hardworkingClear communicator w/ emotional intelligenceMust be detail oriented individual and a strong self-starterStrong knowledge of garment construction and wash processingWHAT WE OFFER
