Essential Duties:Create various print and digital marketing materials including advertisements, presentations, catalogs, digital, direct mailers, logos, displays, promotional items, signage, vehicle decals and moreManage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and respond to requests on a wide range of project types, budgets and timelinesCommunicate proficiently with team managers and departments when presenting designs and help make design decisions based on best practicesResponsible for helping the Marketing Coordinator position to fill any design needs for co-op claims & pre - approvalsDemonstrate the ability to be creative in developing, designing and executing accurately in a highly collaborative environmentBe responsible for helping fulfill store delivery of print projectsFollow brand guides set by OEMs for co-op materialsBased in Sioux Falls, South DakotaCollege or technical school degree required3+ years experience in graphic design workKnowledge of layouts, keyboard shortcuts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of online and offline design workExperience in Microsoft Office programs, and design software from Adobe is requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail is a mustStrong time management skills and ability to task switch effectivelyMust provide portfolio of workMust complete assessment upon requestCompetitive pay based on your experienceExcellent benefits including
