is a key contributor to Krispy Kreme's DFD (Delivered Fresh Daily) & Equity businesses. This role is responsible for partnering with the Brand Manager to develop and execute brand strategies that drive Core Delivered Fresh Daily growth; specifically providing support and expertise in the areas of core campaign development, shopper marketing and eCommerce development.A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Core Product Offering:Lead implementation of creative marketing opportunities to support core DFD productsDevelop and execute core product marketing communication plans, inclusive of in-store signage, packaging and other materialsSupport product display strategy and improvements, including owning the design and execution of various in-store displays.Shopper Marketing:Support DFD shopper marketing strategy for our top retailers to educate and drive trial of DFD business lineManage shopper marketing vendor relationships, serving as liaison to ensure effective and efficient translation of strategy into execution.Own and manage DFD retailer creative playbook guide while also supporting creative requests from retailersSupport DFD media strategy and development in partnership with Media ManagereCommerce Strategy:Own, optimize and execute our eCommerce strategy for our core DFD productsManage and own the relationship with our eCommerce syndication partnerInnovate ways to grow our brand in the eCommerce space past core contentCross-Functional Business Needs:Provide project management and organizational support to key team initiatives, including (but not limited to) customer marketing activations, DFD business needs, and critical projects.Serve as a liaison with agency, retailer, and cross-functional partners to ensure effective and efficient translation of marketing strategies into activation plansYOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field.1-3 years of hands-on experience with CPG, QSR or other brands.Ability to support and maintain positive and effective relationships with marketing team, other internal departments, and outside agency(s).Ability to effectively multi-task, manage numerous projects and adapting to shifting priorities.Project management skills with the ability to translate large, complex projects into thoughtful, thorough, and actionable plans.Ability to work as a self-starter and problem-solver.Strong command of Microsoft Office products
