1st Shift - Schedule: 5:30am-6am start (8-hour shift) - Monday through Friday
In office, no hybrid or remote possibilities.
MARKETING ADMINThis individual works closely with customers and internal personnel, and will manage and resolve technical issues in limited scope and contractual problems on both new and recurring programs while maintaining business relationships with customers.
Preferred experience: Office/administrative task focused. Detail-oriented. Aerospace knowledge would be great.
Functions And ResponsibilitiesRepresent the company effectively in situations requiring sound judgment, initiative, and discretion.Resolve problems independently within guidelines.Manage multiple project tasks.Prepare and transmit correspondence of contractual and technical nature to customer and to company departments.Support program managers with technical issues within limited scope.Track performance, maintain and monitor customer metrics, and report results.Acknowledge purchase orders and amendments for new orders and others as assigned.Identify risks associated with contractual terms and conditions and develop, propose, and coordinate for internal review.
QualificationsThis is a non-supervisory position, requiring a Bachelor's degree.Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required.Attention to detail and accuracy are position critical.The ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions in a team environment is required.Computer skills and knowledge are a prerequisite.
