Assist in maintaining adherence to deadlines on marketing campaigns and department special projects. Maintain marketing calendars, shared drives, and record keeping standard operating procedures. Coordinate with the sales team on lead turnovers.
Content Management:
Post Google Business Profile updates. Respond to customer feedback and reviews using templated responses. Ensure all marketing files are properly stored and accessible. Support content creation by sourcing relevant images and data from the operations department.
Data and Reporting:
Collect and compile marketing data for analysis. Compile results-related data from the marketing team members in a well-organized file. Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations. Track daily team attendance.
Administrative Support:
Organize and maintain digital marketing files. Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team.
30, 60, 90-Day Performance Targets: 30 Days:
Familiarize with marketing tools, SOPs, and workflows. Organize and update the marketing asset library. Track daily project deliverables and coordinate with stakeholders.
60 Days:
Independently schedule and track marketing campaigns. Prepare weekly performance reports. Assist in coordinating at least one marketing campaign.
90 Days:
Take ownership of marketing administrative tasks. Contribute to process improvements for efficiency.
