We are looking for a talented Visual Designer to join the Creative Operations team at Genesys Beyond. The Beyond Program is a global multifaceted ecosystem of people, tools and services helping to achieve our customers' fundamental education, continued learning and development goals.
Key Responsibilities:Ability to create visual designs across Beyond's products and solutionsConsistently utilize Genesys branding guidelines across all designsDesign graphics for learning solutionsManage multiple tasks within tight deadlinesAbility to accept and apply critique and feedback in a professional mannerDevelop engaging graphics and illustrations for promoting Beyond's brandCollaborate with the Beyond team to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideasAbility to take ownership of one’s work and identify opportunities to improve project or work processesEnsure brand consistency across design projects and adhere to Genesys and Beyond brand guidelinesCommunicate complex ideas effectivelyCarry design projects from concept through completionAbility to adapt design styles, ensure quality, accuracy and consistency of visual assetsManage and maintain digital asset librariesMinimum Requirements:2+ years of Graphic/Visual Design experienceMastery in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Comfortable with FigmaExperience with video scriptingSolid communication and organizational skillsSelf-starter, able to think creatively to solve problemsCommitment to continuous learning and personal developmentAbility to consult effectively with non-designers on projectsAbility to prioritize, organize, and manage time effectivelyDesirable Skills:Interest in coding Adobe After Effects templatesInterest in UX/UIMotivated to learn multimedia production aspects
