MarketingPosition Summary:

As a Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in various marketing activities, including but not limited to administrative tasks, content creation, social media engagement, and market research. The Marketing Administrator shall be accountable and supervised by the Marketing Manager.Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.Design and create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, and social media graphics.Manage the production process for marketing materials, including liaising with printers and other vendors as needed.Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral and communications.Assist with social media accounts and create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to track key metrics.Expand and develop marketing platforms with marketing team.Assisting in managing the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results.Ensure customer satisfaction and good public relations through the safe and efficient use of resources.May assist in creating marketing presentations.Monitor industry best practices and trends.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.Proven experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with marketing tools/software.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Previous experience in marketing coordination or related roles is a plus.Work Environment:
