GRAPHIC & WEB DESIGNER

We are looking for an experienced, versatile graphic designer to join our team at Tethos Creative.Our ideal candidate is proficient in the design of brands, websites, marketing collateral, and layout. They should enjoy thinking outside of the box, be collaborative, and can work on various projects simultaneously. They will need to attend to deadlines in an often fast-paced environment and be able to handle numerous tasks from different clients and industries. The designer will work on/assist on a variety of creative and production assignments, including but not limited to:Layout and design of business & marketing web and print materials to established brand and production standards,Design and implement websites and landing pages,Implement content into existing web and press frameworks,Design web and press ready files for new and existing designs, andDesign web pages, videos, and packaging assetsFollowing are mandatory requirements:Advanced experience in the Adobe Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoshopWorking knowledge of HTML/CSSExperience in online site platforms (Squarespace, Wordpress, Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc.)Knowledge of print requirementsProficiency in Word or Mac Office SuiteAbility to work with a creative team, take direction, be flexible with assignments and revisions, and design along existing brand guidesHigh attention to detail, organized, and can manage time, meet deadlines and work efficientlyExcellent communication and responsivenessAptitude and willingness to learnThree (3) years of working experience (agency or freelance) in graphic design at minimumThe following skills are a bonus, but not requirements:Experience with 3D applicationsAfter Effects animation/motion graphicsVideo editing in PremiereWe are looking to find a designer who can work with our Creative Director, starting at 10-20 hours part-time, with the potential of a full-time salaried position with benefits after a probationary period.
